Andrew’s career began with the emergence of desktop publishing and prepress. He has over 25 years of experience in creating above and below-the-line advertising campaigns, as well as interactive and online media. In his tenure at both international and local agencies, he has worked on accounts such as The National Heritage Board, The SSO, JTC International, The Esplanade Co, The S.League, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. He has also been part of strategic and branding projects for Singapore Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Cisco Systems, and The Discovery Channel.
As a Creative Director in his previous agencies, he has mentored teams of art directors, designers, writers, and editors. Within a year of taking the creative helm at Pagesetters in September 2002, he helped the firm win 4 creative awards including Finalist at Creative Circle Awards and was instrumental in pitching and winning several major accounts. Since setting up his own creative consultancy, Mustard Seed Creative, in 2004, Andrew’s work has diversified to include digital art, as well as 2D and 3D computer animation.

Andrew graduated in 2001 with a B.A. (Hons) in Graphic Design from the renowned Art Institute of Colorado, Denver in the USA, with exceptional grades. Scoring straight ‘A’s for the modules that he read, Andrew added a string of awards under his belt during his years of education to top off a litany of scholarships and multiple instances of Dean’s List and President’s Excellence List recognition. Some of these awards include the Best of Show Winner and Best in Advertising Winner in the Art Institute of Colorado Student Art Show 2000, as well as the Certificate of Par Excellence in his Institute’s Portfolio Graduation Show in 2001.
However, Andrew’s stream of success continued even after he entered the workforce, where he was appointed Associate Creative Director within 5 years of his graduation, having worked as graphic designer for numerous agencies in the US and Singapore prior. He then further boosted his success by clinching the Best Logo and Brochure Design in the prestigious 28th BAR Awards in Denver. In recent years, Andrew has been lecturing part-time in prominent design institutes, the subjects he tutors ranging from Visual Communication to Art Direction. He also currently helms Pocket Magazine as Creative Director and doubles as Associate Creative Director for Grafichaus Intermedia.

Angela is an advertising/marketing veteran with 20 years of experience. She has been in a leadership position for a decade with proven business results and strong team management skills. She comes with a wealth of extensive experience, having been well expose 360 degree in the marketing industry from advertising agencies, media vendor (as a publisher) to marketer/client’s roles.
She believes her success with people and business lies in her passion to understand people’s needs and helping people to grow from all experiences. Driven by this passion, angela had been wearing a double hat as in-house trainer for the industry since her advertising days for over a decade. She has also lectured in many universities including peking university and shanghai jiao tong university from 2007 to 2012. She was a spirited speaker at the “4th rich media advertising conference” in Shanghai (2008) and “Media 360 Summit” in hong kong (2015). She also sat on the jury panel for roi awards in china from 2010-2012, was the finalist of woman in leadership of Australia-china alumni awards 2011 and jury for SMA 2017.
Currently she lectures at several tertiary institutions, runs a learning and development consultancy business for various clients, leads a resilient training program at Changi Women’s Prison and Delinquent Girls’ Homes.

Barry is a member of the Professional Photographers Association (Singapore). As a lead photographer in commercial and photography works, he is featured as one of the Canon EOS Professionals in commercial photography and was also the official photographer for Singapore Manhunt 2013, covering the event shots and portraits of the winners/sponsors. With his knowledge of photography equipment in and out of the studio, Barry also conducts tutorial workshops on hands-on photography, as well as branding talks.

With decades of combined experience in spearheading creative works, along with the running of a Creative Studio, she has grown immensely passionate in grooming the young learners of today, in assisting them in a step nearer to reaching their future aspirations.
As an educator since 2010, she assist the institution in their visual communication faculty, facilitating learning in Graphic Design. Her teaching philosophy is to build students up with the understanding that design is not merely of a problem-solving process, but enriched by cultural and aesthetic dimensions, essentially enhanced with the effectiveness of applying critical thinking.
She work towards the principle of motivating students to appreciate the things that surround them and to contribute as much to society. Her aim is to provide an educational experience that is holistic, where students engage projects that champion originality and innovation, no matter what their level may be. Her fundamental role is more toward a mentor-student relationship, where both parties work closely to envision directions and devise solutions to fulfil strategic objectives. She also believe that it is extremely important that an educator continues to learn to improve at the same time while teaching.

Christina is an experienced consultant, trainer and coach with solid senior executive management experience. Christina brings with her more than 25 years of executive management, marketing, business and human development in the IT, Internet, mobile, fashion and skincare industry.
She has an extensive track record in developing regional strategies and tracking market developments, with a deep understanding of the markets and business models of consumer IT and large enterprise solutions; mobile products, as well as fashion and skin care retail. Chris has worked with well-known local and international brands such as Takashimaya, Pico, Tower Records, and Sentosa Development Corporation. He was responsible for rebranding the education institute ALW (Accelerated Learning Worldwide) to MindChamps in 2005 and was a key member in spearheading its rapid growth to become the number one premium preschool in Singapore.
A hands-on practitioner, Chris possesses the unique combination of strategic, creative, technical and writing skills critical for today’s integrated marketing needs. His skill set includes branding, marketing, public relations, advertising, copywriting, SEO and SEM, social media management, website development, audio-visual production, photoshop, as well as public speaking.

Colin Lee’s 1st foray into graphic design was as a freelance designer in 2003; designing brochures and flyers. Robert has 12 years of experience in the creative industry from the web to print design and most recently through video. Imran Ahmad is one of Asia’s most celebrated and internationally published underwater photographer. He has been capturing the magnificence of life both below and above the water’s surface for over 20 years. His style is different from anything seen. He is known for his Experimental Photography with light and motion.
Imran graduated from Middlesex University with a Bachelor of Arts in Filmmaking. He is an ambassador for SEACAM, BLANCPAIN, MARES, NIKON, DAN, RGBlue Lights (Japan), and a member of the Ocean Artist Society. He spends much of his time as a university lecturer and professional photographer giving presentations, promoting photography in all its aspects, both as an art and documentation. Imran is also a judge to several influential photo competitions around the world.
He currently runs photo workshops on conservation, underwater, travel, commercial and runs photo dive trips around the world.

He is the grand prize title winner of the National Geographic nature photographer of the year 2017, Winner of the Singapore wildlife photographer of the year 2017 and several other international awards over the years. He has also been published by NatGeo, BBC and several other international magazines, He has also featured in a live TV interview with BBC talking about his award-winning images. Kenji graduated with a distinction in Master of Design from Curtin University of Technology, Australia, in 2003 and received a year of professional packaging design training from Japan in 1991. As a design educator, Kenji shows keen interest in his students’ learning, shares beyond information and knowledge while engaging his students in design thinking, critical thinking, creative problem solving and cultivating active learning. He plays a critical role in recognising and nurturing the many talents of his students to maximise their creative potential.
With Kenji’s passion for teaching, mentorship and engagement with his students over the last few years, he has personally nurtured and groomed many successful design practitioners and designpreneurs. To date, his past students have won more than 100 local and international awards and recognition from Singapore, Germany, Canada, United Kingdom and America.
Kenji believes that every student has the potential to be a successful designer if they have the right attitude and aptitude in their learning. His ultimate objective as a design educator is to ensure all of his graduating students are industry-ready and relevant for the competitive marketplace.
Owner And Art Director, Nimbus Design
Soo is the owner and art director of Nimbus Design, a local design and marketing firm. Since 1995, she has been working in the graphic design, advertising and public relations industries, honing her skills and sharpening her axe. From 2003 to 2007, she worked in Maryland and Washington D.C. (USA) as a freelance graphic designer at HZDG, and then as a lead graphic designer at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide.
Soo is the creative mind behind Tung Lok Group’s iconic “Shanghai Dreams” mooncake packaging, and some of her clients include Singapore Tourism Board, HELLA Asia Singapore, Auric Pacific Marketing and Lend Lease Retail. In September 2013, Soo created and launched a bimonthly kids’ magazine, Xobon (“No box” when read backwards), which encourages creative expression and imaginative play. This publication is circulated locally and overseas, including the United States, Australia, Malaysia and the Philippines. It showcases creative work by kids from around the world, such as Singapore, United States, Malaysia, Taiwan and Japan.

Independent. Inventive. Insatiable. These are words that represent Kris best. Her “can-do” attitude puts her in great stead as a creative genius who is both impressionable and humble. With almost 20 years of experience in the industry, she has played crucial roles in agency environments, leading her own teams. She has also shared her passion and knowledge with students during her term as a lecturer in Visual Communication modules. Kris has firmly embraced the digital-oriented communication of the 21st century and has created digital campaigns with notable clients like Yahoo, Health Promotion Board, SAP and Unilever, to name a few.
Photographer, MediaCorp
A dedicated and passionate individual, Mark has been in the photography scene for over 7 years. Originally working in an accounting firm, he started his photography journey a decade back and fell in love since.
To pursue a career in photography, he gave up on a high-income job and dive into photography by landing himself a photography assistant role in a local giant publishing house – Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) Magazines. He built a solid foundation as an assistant and eventually taking on shoots without the need of supervision for titles such as Nuyou, Her World, Home & Décor, The Peak, etc.
An active learner, Mark went on to another local media powerhouse, Mediacorp, and gained valuable insights on the differences in editorial shoots. During his tenure as an in-house photographer, he is exposed to many opportunities and build a wide spectrum of portfolio ranging from food, fashion to portraits, local and regional celebrities and magazine covers. His effort is visible on 8 Days, i-Weekly, Motherhood and many other titles.
At the same time, he explored various photography style and crafted his own creative style. While his interests lie in dark and edgy creative direction, his editorial photography background has trained him to be a versatile photographer, who is able to take on and digest complex brief that fits the shooting requirement. To hone his skills further, he left editorial photography in exchange for a short stint in commercial photography at a photography production house, A Pixels. The experience further strengthen his ability to work on branded content. Armed with an inquisitive mind, Mark took the leap of faith and venture into freelance photography in pursuit of his photography career.
Group Product Head
Having been involved with photography at a young age gave me an attuned edge into understanding how the imaging industry has evolved. This equipped me with insights into how the psychology of the customers are like and be able to design and execute campaigns to best achieve the desired results.
I am a trained photojournalist, and have also worked in tech journalism before moving to imaging brands to handle various portfolios and positions. Straddling both sales and marketing and sales has allowed me to develop insights into both aspect of the business, and how they can assist the brand in getting the best performance.
While based in Singapore, the myraid of past and present experiences has allowed me to understand how the business in the region is like, and who the major stakeholders are. The regions include Malaysia, Thailand, India and Sri Lanka.
Illustrator & Visual Artist, Leonard Wee Studio
Leonard Wee is an active visual arts practitioner on both traditional and digital platforms. He has worked alongside various visual artists and has also shown his work in the galleries of New York. Having based his practice in the local landscape today, he is working towards both a solo and group show in Singapore.
Other than that, he is also a DesignSingapore Scholar who graduated from the School of Visual Arts with honours in Illustration. A firm believer that great imagery is a convergence of intellect, heart and skill, his interest lies in what it means and takes to make interesting and meaningful imagery as a creative in today’s time.

Lindy has more than 10 years of extensive creative experience in prolific advertising and brand agencies. She is adept in brand and retail advertising, striding segments such as electronics, beauty/cosmetic, fashion, beverage and FMCG accounts.
Throughout her career, from a junior creative to an Art Director, Lindy has contributed to the growth of the companies she worked at by winning and stabilising accounts. As an Art Director, she takes pride in guiding and grooming junior creatives. Since 2014, Lindy set up her own creative consultancy to adopt a more collaborative approach with different people
from different industries and to explore the digital platform. On a personal growth level, Lindy has completed and achieved my Masters in Digital Media Management last year, as part of her belief in continuous learning and staying ahead. This learning journey has motivated her to impart knowledge to the future generations.
As a lifelong student and teacher, Lindy believes in using methodologies to collaborate, social learn, observe and forecast trends to be future proof. Learning also has to begin with the right positive attitude, and as a facilitator, she takes it upon herself to motivate and engage learners.

Louis Lukamto is the Director of Social Creative at ONE Championship, Asia’s largest sports media property. He leads the content creation machine of the company, helping to turn ONE into one of the world’s most- viewed and most-engaged sports property online.
Before that, Louis spent time at The Boeing Company, helping to revamp its global social media content strategy, and solidifying the aerospace company’s Southeast Asian digital presence.
Louis is the top graduate of Nanyang Technological University’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information class of 2018, where he concentrated on Advertising and Design. He is the recipient of numerous academic awards, including the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal Award.
In his spare time, Louis enjoys ready war history, playing video games and training Muay Thai.

Siew Thiam began a new career in business education in 1998 after handing over to his sons, operations of Homestead Furniture which he had built to be the third largest furniture retailer in Singapore. His first lecturing assignment in 1998, was with the Singapore Institute of Management where he conducted lectures in Cross-Cultural Management for students from the Copenhagen Business School who came to Singapore for their summer “school”. In 2000, he was appointed a part-time lecturer by National University of Singapore for the Human Resource Unit of the NUS Business School. Siew Thiam taught every year at NUS HRM Unit until 2009. Siew Thiam has also taught for the University of Wales in Corporate Strategy and International Business at MBA level for UOW’s partnership programme with MDIS. He has also been a tutor for the Manchester Business School MBA programme. Overseas, Siew Thiam has lectured every year since 2000 for the Asian Institute of Technology in both Thailand and Vietnam.
In terms of executive training, Siew Thiam has conducted many such courses in Singapore, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Thailand. He has also been a guest lecturer for INSEAD (at both their Singapore and Fontainebleu campuses), Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) and Essec Business School (Singapore campus). He holds appointments as a member of the Advisory Board of the Asian Institute of Technology Extension and of Hoa Sen University in Ho Chi Minh City. He is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of International Business Ethics published by the Centre for International Business Ethics of the University of International Business and Economics based in Beijing. Before he went into education, Siew Thiam has had an extensive career in both executive life and as an entrepreneur. He first started work as a trainee journalist then went on to corporate life where he worked for a global corporation (Shell Eastern as HR Manager), a national corporation (Telecoms Singapore as HR Director) and a regional conglomerate (Sime Darby where he was first HR Director and later Marketing Director, responsible for both consumer (B2C) and industrial (B2B) marketing).

Mark is a founding member of the Service Design Network Singapore Chapter, and has been involved in collaborations with the Royal College of Art, London to promote the latest service design practices. He has also conducted service experience design workshops and served as a coach for partners including the Accor Group of Hotels – Novotel, the Singapore Police Force and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).

Michelle is a passionate designer with over 30 years of experience in Singapore’s creative industry. As an Art Director at SPH, she conceptualizes, design and project-manage. Her work has been featured prominently in newspapers, magazines, online platforms and public spaces.
Through the years, she has developed strong creative leadership, helming teams in various design projects, mentoring young designers in industry best-practices and acquiring clientfacing skills via marketing pitches and high-level client relationship management. She is constantly learning, up leveling animation skills on-the-job and mastering digital media by creating out-of-the-box work for online, video, social media, outdoor and event platforms.

Zaki Razak graduated from LASALLE College of the Art with a Masters in Fine Arts and holds a Diploma in Visual Communication from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. In 2004, his work was exhibited at the SENI exhibition at Singapore Art Museum. Since then, he has participated in many local and overseas exhibitions in Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia and Australia. Zaki was also the associate artist (2012-2014) of The Substation’s Associate Artist Research Programmes, and an artist-in-residence (2006) at The Land Foundation in Chiang Mai, Thailand. In 2013, Zaki was recipient of the Young Artist Award, Singapore. Currently Zaki is an adjunct lecturer who teaches Contextual Studies (Art History), Creative and Critical Thinking and Digital Imaging in the School of Creative Industries, School of Fine Arts and School of Film and Animation at LASALLE College of the Arts.

Wendy has over 10 years of working experience as a designer. She started off doing print design and moved on to IXD (interactive design). After doing prints for a number of years, she pursued her further studies in Australia and obtained my Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Animation and Interactive Multimedia. During her stay in Australia, she was also sent on an exchange program in Scotland, which she spent 3 months there studying motion arts. She designs for companies in Singapore and USA, assisting them from brochure design to logo design.

Her contribution made her one of the youngest recipients of AIESEC’s Top 40 Under 40”. Also passionate about social impact and empowerment, she has helped raise over $50,000 to support women entrepreneurs in East Timor by competing in the world’s toughest mountain bike race and coordinating fundraising efforts.
