This module will focus mainly on areas such as what makes a brand, its worth, the business and creative sides, brand image, personality, identity and equity.

This module will teach learners how to perform a competitive research on the digital front with new tools that enable them to get data about both their customer base and competition. It also aims to help learners be able to elevate their business to a different level by going into online selling via owned assets and e-commerce marketplace.

The Digital Marketing module offers a complete coverage of what it takes to become a successful digital marketer. What is digital marketing in today’s marketplace? Understanding Owned, Earned and Paid media. Techniques for search engine optimization (SEO) and how to measure the success of search engine marketing (SEM). Using a framework of profiling digital audiences in strategising your digital plan.

This module explores the emerging field of social entrepreneurship that focuses on creating sustainable solutions to social problems through innovative approaches.

Students will be able to gain insights from social entrepreneurs and their impact on society, the economy, and the environment through a group assignment. At the end of this module, students will have the ability to develop a business plan for their own ‘Social Enterprise’.

This module will equip learners the ability to think clearly and rationally, understanding the logical connection between ideas and see a bigger picture. Learners will learn the skills to observe, question, analyse, reflect, synthesis and evaluate gathered information towards developing reasoned and informed judgement.

The Social Media Marketing module prepares students to navigate through the everchanging social media landscape and how they can use it to their advantage, from personal branding to creating a social media marketing strategy for your company. Students will also learn what is social listening, and how they can leverage on social media communities such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc. to create a positive and influential digital presence.

In this module, learners will be introduced to the basic concepts and structure of the building blocks of the internet, the modern web page. Each web page is made up of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The key learning outcome for this course is for learners to understand the difference between these 3 components of a web page and to be able to make better use of online resources to continue their learning journey

In this module, learners will learn the fundamentals of human-centric design and how it affects the consumer by going into the world of user research methodologies to power user- centred design and solutions. It bridges the user research process to the entire consumer experience journey to illustrate its relevance and importance in delighting the consumer.
