Teo officially stepped into the colourful world of advertising in 1997. As a commercial photographer, he specialises in producing conceptual work consisting of still life, portrait, lifestyle and landscape, amongst other genres. His clients include agencies and companies located in Singapore as well as regionally.

In the ever-changing media landscape, Teo has proven his ability to stay versatile through his expertise in image composition, crafting light, and in creating the mood of the image. His efforts have gained him many clients’ compliments and land him numerous international awards. Some of these awards include Cannes, D&AD, One Show, CA, Clio and Adfest.

Besides commercial photography, Teo also actively pursue his other major interest, Fine Arts Photography. His pursuits in the fine arts arena have proven to be a tremendous force, driving him to another level of breakthrough in photography.

Having worked in various departments within the creative industry, Radhi has a strong understanding of a product life cycle. She got a kickstart in her career with Hansgrohe USA’s marketing department after an internship with them while pursuing her BA in Advertising & Design from The Art Institute of Atlanta. She went on to Savannah College of Art & Design for an MA and then spent a year at IMAGES USA where she worked on the award winning AMTRAK – Trainsportation campaign.

Back home in Mumbai city, was a roller-coaster ride – from being a consultant with Condé Nast India’s digital department to setting up a design cell at VSSU Graphics with clients such as Hard Rock Cafe, Shiro & California Pizza Kitchen.

Her other stints include a communications role at Concern India Foundation, art advisory at the Mumbai space of Delhi Art Gallery and helped launch Trekurious.com in India. She later co-founded ONEUPWORKS, a creative space that thrives on inspiring environments and collaborating with talented teams.

LEE HWEE GENG, MARK, ASSOCIATE LECTURER

A dedicated and passionate individual, Mark has been in the photography scene for over 7 years. Originally working in an accounting firm, he started his photography journey a decade back and fell in love since.

To pursue a career in photography, he gave up on a high-income job and dive into photography by landing himself a photography assistant role in a local giant publishing house – Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) Magazines. He built a solid foundation as an assistant and eventually taking on shoots without the need of supervision for titles such as Nuyou, Her World, Home & Décor, The Peak, etc.

An active learner, Mark went on to another local media powerhouse, Mediacorp, and gained valuable insights on the differences in editorial shoots. During his tenure as an in-house photographer, he is exposed to many opportunities and build a wide spectrum of portfolio ranging from food, fashion to portraits, local and regional celebrities and magazine covers. His effort is visible on 8 Days, i-Weekly, Motherhood and many other titles.

At the same time, he explored various photography style and crafted his own creative style. While his interests lie in dark and edgy creative direction, his editorial photography background has trained him to be a versatile photographer, who is able to take on and digest complex brief that fits the shooting requirement. To hone his skills further, he left editorial photography in exchange for a short stint in commercial photography at a photography production house, A Pixels. The experience further strengthen his ability to work on branded content. Armed with an inquisitive mind, Mark took the leap of faith and venture into freelance photography in pursuit of his photography career.

LINDY WAN

Lindy has more than 10 years of extensive creative experience in prolific advertising and brand agencies. She is adept in brand and retail advertising, striding segments such as electronics, beauty/cosmetic, fashion, beverage and FMCG accounts.

Throughout her career, from a junior creative to an Art Director, Lindy has contributed to the growth of the companies she worked at by winning and stabilising accounts. As an Art Director, she takes pride in guiding and grooming junior creatives. Since 2014, Lindy set up her own creative consultancy to adopt a more collaborative approach with different people from different industries and to explore the digital platform. On a personal growth level, Lindy has completed and achieved my Masters in Digital Media Management last year, as part of her belief in continuous learning and staying ahead. This learning journey has motivated her to impart knowledge to the future generations.

As a lifelong student and teacher, Lindy believes in using methodologies to collaborate, social learn, observe and forecast trends to be future proof. Learning also has to begin with the right positive attitude, and as a facilitator, she takes it upon herself to motivate and engage learners.

Justin Ong is a Singaporean photographer and alumni of the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in photography. Justin first discovered his fascination for cultural journalism during the weeks he spent living amongst people within the intricate alleyways of the Jakarta slums: His love for photojournalism and adventure led his work to grace the cover of Asian Geographic and features in numerous other publications such acquire, The GIST, Buro 24/7. In 2016, Leica hosted Justin's first solo show in Singapore, "Visions" Visions featured his journalistic work around Asia, from the regimented isolation of North Korea to the glorious mountains of Indonesia. Professionally, Justin juggles being a freelance commercial photographer and a photojournalist as well as an adjunct lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic where he first realised his love for still images, over a decade ago.
